This technology allows us to see and differentiate between thermal patterns of energy, as they are radiating off the body. Thus it enables us to visualise physiological changes indicative of Inflammation (PAIN).
In concert with SCENAR we may use Thermal Imaging to record centres of pain and are provided with a guide for rehabilitation treatments. Thus, Thermal Imaging is a useful complementary technology to other diagnostic methods.
Examples are:
Joint, Muscle and Vascular Pain (sport injuries, arthritis, repetitive strain, breast tissue, lymphatic)
Nerve related Pain (back-pain, sinusitis)
